Picnic in the Park Contest

JULY 4 Judging at 12:30

The idea is easy: Pack a picnic lunch that looks that is decorated to party!

Prizes will be awarded in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Needs some ideas? How about a theme of “Stars and Stripes” or make your own tablecloth with gingham and lace or maybe create a presentation that harkens back to “The Good Ol’ Days”.

The Spirit of America

Have fun showing your celebratory spirit by dressing to impress! No need to do just Red, White and Blue! Maybe a traditional American get-up that will make the crowd giggle as it’s now considered a silly costume. Or vogue into the future and bring ruffles back. Maybe? Ha! Who knows, anything goes!

Prizes will be awarded as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Parade line up 9:30 am at Western Elementary school. Parade is Optional. Report to the Welcome Center at 11:20 am.
